The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral and                                                                  
added a Judiciary Committee referral for the following at the request                                                           
of Representative Olson, Chair:                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     2d CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 303(RLS)                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to a subcontractor's, contractor's, and project                                                           
     owner's liability for workers' compensation and excluding certain                                                          
     persons from liability for securing the payment of workers'                                                                
     compensation benefits to employees; and providing for an                                                                   
     effective date."                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
2d CSSB 303(RLS) was removed from the Labor & Commerce                                                                          
Committee and referred to the Judiciary Committee.
